The Indian Society for Quality (ISQ) Pune Chapter successfully hosted the 2024 TOPS (Teams on Problem Solving) Convention at the campus of ATSS Institute of Industrial and Computer Management and Research (IICMR). The event showcased improvement case studies from 45 teams, representing 19 leading OEMs and Tier 1 organisations across India, promoting data-driven problem-solving and quality practices. Students and faculty from IICMR volunteered for the event, offering aspiring managers a valuable opportunity to learn about event management and the best practices adopted by various leading organizations. The event provided an enriching experience, combining learning with hands-on involvement in a large-scale convention.
