The earthquake occurred at a depth of 93 kilometers, northeast of Lobuche, Nepal. The tremors were particularly felt in Bihar where people were seen outside their houses and apartments. According to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at 6:35 AM (IST), with its epicenter at latitude 28.86°N and longitude 87.51°E, at a depth of 10 kilometers. The tremor was located in Xizang (Tibet Autonomous Region), near the Nepal border. No reports of damage or casualties have been received so far. None
