Through a letter, the Commission announced to all the district magistrates that the examination was postponed due to ‘unavoidable reasons’. In the letter, they emphasized the need to establish an adequate number of examination centres at the district level to accommodate the expected high volume of candidates, estimated to be between 700,000 and 800,000. The Commission has provided 1957 vacancies, with 1954 vacancies for the 70th CCE and 4 vacancies for Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) posts.
