The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will soon announce the timetables or date sheets for the Class 10 and Class 12 final examinations. Once available, candidates can download the date sheets from the official CBSE website, cbse.gov.in. In previous years, the CBSE Class 10 and 12 date sheets for the 2024 examinations were released in mid-December, while the timetables for the 2023 board exams were made public at the end of December. Following this trend, it is anticipated that the final exam dates for 2025 will also be announced in December. The board recently announced that approximately 44 lakh students will sit for the Class 10 and Class 12 exams across 8,000 schools in India and 26 other countries. The exams are scheduled to commence on February 15, and the timetables will detail the exam dates and timings for each paper. In a recent notification, CBSE emphasised that all schools designated as exam centres must implement CCTV monitoring. The cameras are required to cover all areas within the examination halls, including entrances, exits, and desks, ensuring that all candidates remain within the cameras’ fields of view during the exam. Additionally, sample papers for the Class 10 and Class 12 final examinations have been released. Candidates can download these resources from the board’s academic portal, cbseacademic.nic.in. These sample papers are designed to help students familiarise themselves with the marking scheme, exam format, and types of questions they may encounter.
