The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has postponed the UPPSC PCS Prelims 2024 exam. Initially scheduled for October, the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services (Pvt.) Examination-2024 is now expected to be held in mid-December 2024. Candidates can check the official notice on the UPPSC website at uppsc.up.gov.in. As per the notice, a new date and schedule will be announced soon. The preliminary exam will consist of two compulsory papers, both of which will be conducted on OMR sheets. Paper I will be from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, while Paper II will be from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Each paper will carry 200 marks and have a duration of two hours. Paper II is a qualifying paper, requiring a minimum score of 33% to pass. Candidates must appear for both papers, as failure to do so will result in disqualification.
