Earlier this, the actress had shared another video where she could be seen cutting her hair due to the massive hair fall which is one of the scariest side effects of chemotherapy. While hair fall was one of the issues, the actress also revealed that she is constantly dealing with severe neuropathic pain due to chemotherapy. Hina described the intense neuropathic pain she experiences during her workout sessions, which often leaves her legs and feet numb. She said that there are days when during workouts she loses control of her legs and falls, but she remains focused on getting up. In her Instagram post, the actress wrote: "I lose control of my legs and fall over due to the numbness..But I only focus on Getting Back Up. I won't let the Fall define me .. I will be defined by the strength I show to get up each time..." Hina Khan is an exceptional motivator who has set the bar high for anybody who is undergoing cancer treatment . "Keeping active is vital for overall health, even more so for those receiving cancer treatment. Though it might seem difficult to stay active during such a tough time, studies show that exercise can have many advantages for cancer patients. Activities like exercise help uplift mood, cut down stress, strengthen the body, and enhance the immune system, thus aiding in managing treatment side effects better," said Dr Dhiman Roy Choudhury . While exercise is beneficial for cancer patients, taking specific precautions ensures safety and effectiveness. According to Dr Roy Choudhury, one should start their fitness journey during cancer treatment on a slow grade and then slowly increase the intensity and duration to prevent overexertion. "Pay attention to your body's signals and adjust accordingly to prevent injuries and burnout. Staying hydrated, wearing suitable clothing and footwear, and avoiding high-impact activities that risk falls or injuries are critical."
